All prices and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. The currency, taxes and delivery fees applicable to an order will be shown where required.

If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will take reasonable steps to contact affected customers and resolve the matter lawfully. We will not use this provision to avoid valid obligations relating to confirmed purchases.

All orders are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation and our ability to fulfil the order.

We will communicate with you if an order cannot be fulfilled or requires clarification. If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days from processing and dispatch, unless otherwise communicated.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes any applicable legal obligations concerning delivery, refunds or undelivered orders.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
